Internet orders are automatically uploaded into our operating system.Therefore, you will be unable to change your order through our website. If you need to modify your order after it is placed, you must contact us immediately. Orders that have already been picked in our warehouse are not able to be modified or will be subject to a re-stocking fee.

If an item is missing from your order, it is possible that it sold out before your order was processed. We will keep an open backorder for you, and let you know when the item arrives. Yes, we follow up on every backorder to give our customers the opportunity to get the goods they want when they come back in stock. Backorders are checked regularly. Any backorder that is available in a timely manner and meets our shipping requirements will be processed. Please feel free to call at anytime to check on backorder status.

All orders ship on pallets via common carrier. We do not utilize regular UPS ground service due to damage issues. However, if your order contains only unbreakable items, we will consider using ground service, upon request. Please let us know if you need any special services such as a residential delivery, a lift gate or a smaller-sized truck due to limitations at your delivery location. (Please note: these services incur additional shipping fees). Please inform us in advance if you are closed on certain days and cannot accept deliveries. Shipping charges are not calculated until your order has been picked and processed. Warranted damages include: broken welds, broken glass and unintended scratches/gouges. Because many of our products are designed to look distressed, there will be variations in paint, wood and metal that are not considered damaged. If necessary, for warranted damages, a call tag may be issued for the goods to be returned to us. We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive.
