All orders ship on pallets via common carrier. We do not utilize regular UPS ground service due to damage issues. However, if your order contains only unbreakable items, we will consider using ground service, upon request. Please let us know if you need any special services such as a residential delivery, a lift gate or a smaller-sized truck due to limitations at your delivery location. Each freight company allows a certain amount of free time for the delivery. If the free time is surpassed, they will charge an additional fee for detainment in which the cost will be then passed along to your company. (Please note: these services incur additional shipping fees). Please inform us in advance if you are closed on certain days and cannot accept deliveries. Shipping charges are not calculated until your order has been picked and processed. If you would like to know the cost of shipping prior to your order leaving our warehouse, please let us know.
Goods are not returnable unless there are warranted damages. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Damage/shortage claims must be submitted via email within 10 days of receipt of the goods. If there are damages, please include clear photos with your email. Warranted damages include: broken welds, broken glass and unintended scratches/gouges. Because many of our products are designed to look distressed, there will be variations in paint, wood and metal that are not considered damage. If necessary, for warranted damages, a call tag may be issued for the goods to be returned to us. We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive.
