Order Status

When will my order ship?

Online orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow several days for your order to be picked and shipped. If you would like to know when you order is scheduled to ship, please contact us.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Internet orders are automatically uploaded into our operating system.Therefore, you will be unable to change your order through our website. If you need to modify your order after it is placed, you must contact us immediately. Orders that have already been picked in our warehouse are not able to be modified or will be subject to a re-stocking fee.

How do I track my order?

At this time we are unable to offer order tracking through our website. If you believe your order is missing or delayed, please contact us at 610-650-8800.

What if an item is missing from my shipment?

If an item is missing from your order, it is possible that it sold out before your order was processed. We will keep an open backorder for you, and let you know when the item arrives. You are not obligated to buy backordered items at a later date, but if you decide you would like to purchase these goods when they come back in, we will give you the option to add additional items to fill a pallet and/or reach our minimum order amount of $500 of in-stock merchandise.

What if an item is missing parts?

If you are missing parts, please call us at 610-650-8800 and we will try our best to send replacement parts to you.

Do you keep open backorders?

Yes, we follow up on every backorder to give our customers the opportunity to buy the goods they want when they come back in stock. Backorders are checked twice monthly. We will contact you if goods have come in, to give you the first chance to buy them.

How do I create an account?

Click the Register link at the top right side of our site.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

All orders ship on pallets via common carrier. We do not utilize regular UPS ground service due to damage issues. However, if your order contains only unbreakable items, we will consider using ground service, upon request. Please let us know if you need any special services such as a residential delivery, a lift gate or a smaller-sized truck due to limitations at your delivery location. (Please note: these services incur additional shipping fees). Please inform us in advance if you are closed on certain days and cannot accept deliveries. Shipping charges are not calculated until your order has been picked and processed. If you would like to know the cost of shipping prior to your order leaving our warehouse, please let us know in advance.

What if I received the wrong product?

If you believe you have received items that you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

What is your return policy?

Goods are not returnable unless there are warranted damages. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Damage/shortage claims must be submitted via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If there are damages, please include clear photos with your email. Warranted damages include: broken welds, broken glass and unintended scratches/gouges. Because many of our products are designed to look distressed, thee will be variations in paint, wood and metal that are not considered damage. If necessary, for warranted damages, a call tag may be issued for the goods to be returned to us. We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. If you are a Canadian customer and use a forwarder or consolidator in the US, please let us know in advance.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

As a wholesale company, we only sell to other businesses, not to end users or consumers. Therefore, you must provide us with a Sales Tax Number in order to shop with us. You will not be charged sales tax.

What if I have a question about the charges on my invoice?

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your invoice.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is $500 in in-stock merchandise.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged before your order is shipped from our warehouse. Internet orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
